M-M-Medieval Ages

Aiya's face pailed as she started to realize what she had done. "Muse!?" she looked at her friend for help on what to do next.

Muse trying to force the door shut, but one of the bigger demons threw her away and she hit the farthest wall and fell to the ground, not moving except for the rising and falling of her chest as she breathed. Her head fell forward, thudding against the wood floor as the demon grabbed at Aiya. Muse and the other templars were strong, but they were nothing compared to the strength of all these demons. Muse was out cold and could do nothing to stop the demons from killing Alistair and the others

Aiya watched as Muse flew, but lost sight of her as the demon reached for her. Jumping back, Aiya muttered some ancient magic, before posing and aiming at the demon. With a final word, she blasted at it. She wasn't well taught in fighting demons, so wasn't sure what the results would be.

The demon screeched as the spell hit it, blasting a hole through it's midsection. Templars were cutting down as many demons as they could, too busy to notice the magic. Alistair was kneeling next to Muse, lifting her head and hoping she wasn't dead. He hadn't seen her breathing, but was momentarily glad when he saw she was conscious... then he realized how much pain she was in

Aiya was too busy to pay attention to Muse, though she was always in the back of her head. Stopping the type of spell, Aiya changed direction and formed magical swords in her hands, slicing at the demons head.

"Ali, help her." She lifted her arm weakly, pointing to where she assumed Aiya must be. Alistair started to object, saying she needed first aid, but she simply shook her head "I'll... be fine, just protect her."

The demon dodged, starting to heal as another charged at her. Sebastian, who would've let Aiya die if it wasn't demons attacking, shouted something in yet another, older language and the one closest to Aiya hissed, turning to attack him instead

Aiya jumped out of the way, completely out of breath as the other joined her fight, and gave a smile of relief.

Sebastian glared at her momentarily, considering killing her as well, but remembered what Muse had told him and just continued to kill the demons. After a while Alistair was there, trying to make Aiya leave

Aiya didn't want to leave. Well, she did. but not without Muse. "Muse, lets goo"

"She's.. uh.." He glanced over at the now unconsious Muse, swearing when he saw a demon heading towards her. He shoved Aiya towards the door then ran to help Muse

Aiya was shoved, but didn't try to leave. Instead, she summend a sword again, and ran close behind him. "Go away!" she called at him, aiming for an arm.

The demon's arm got sliced off, but quickly started to heal. Alistair didn't bother attacking the demon, settling on distracting "Get her out of here!"

Aiya hesitated. "What is your problem!? were on the same side!"

"No, idiot. Get Muse out of here!" He had been speaking to Aiya, distracting the demon and drawing it away from Muse. They had no chance to defeat the demon and they were sure to lose, the town would be destroyed by night fall. He didn't want Muse to die

Aiya skidded to a halt, looking at her best friend.. "I... Alright." she nodded, and went over to Muse. She grabbed her and hauled her on her back, piggy back style. "I got you." she whispered to Muse, before running out of the door.

Alistair started to say something, but the demon tore his head off and his blood splattered all over Muse's back as Aiya ran.

Aiya winced and closed her eyes as she watched the demons attack, but kept going. Where she was going to head for, she had no idea. But they were not staying at this town any longer. Their possessions were still the inn, however.. "crap.." Aiya sighed, turning towards that direction. She couldn't leave it no matter what.

Muse groaned in pain as she woke up, trying to figure out where they were going

Hearing Muse, Aiya came to a stop. "Muse!" She cried, her voice full of happiness. "Your awake!"

"Unfortunatly" She'd hit that wall pretty hard and shattered a bone, a bit of it was sticking out her side

Hearing screetches from behind, Aiya started moving again. "At Least your concious."

"I guess.." She was in too much pain for a jokingly mean comment, resting her head on Aiya's shoulder and closing her eyes. Maybe she'd be lucky enough to lose enough blood to be unconsious agian

Aiya didn't say anymore, reaching the steps of the inn and clambering up them. She quickly gathered there stuff, and left in less then ten minutes, heading for the forest.

"Did you get... never mind." She decided it didn't matter, just wanting to be far away from Ravenveil

Aiya walked for a long time, a couple of hours at least. She used magic to help keep Muse up, knowing that she herself wasn't that physically strong yet. As the crecent moon started to decend into morning, however, hse had to stop, and gently set Muse down on the ground, falling on her back beside her.
