Camp Misty

"Yep!" Zach laughed, swimming back to shore. "Er..." He thought for a moment, trying to remember what he'd signed up for. "Library, you?"

"Better be," Justice muttered.

She got out of the water, grabbing her towel and trying to dry her hair a bit before pulling on her shorts "I signed up for library too"

Luckily, it was. They arrived just as Nyomi got her shirt on

Zach grabbed his own towel and dried himself off as best he could. "Sweet," Zach grinned. "Looks like we'll be spending a lot of time together."

"Thank god," Justice said when she spotted the beach. She made a point of ignoring Zach and Nyomi and going to put her stuff down.

"Yep" She smiled, at the very least she wasn't stuck with Justice "Y'know what I just realized?"

Jeven noticed Nyomi, trying to remember what he had meant to tell her

"What's that?" Zach asked, waving at Jeven and Justice. Justice continued to ignore him.

"I have no clue what your name is" Nyomi said, finding it odd that they had spent about an hour goofing off together and she still didn't know his name. She had started to pulling on her shoes when Jeven ran over and gave her the EpiPen he got from the nurse's office before walking away from them again

"Huh, and I dunno your name either. Well, I'm Zach," Zach said, glancing at whatever Jeven had given her. "What was that?"

"And I'm Nyomi" She put the EpiPen in her bag, picking it up "An EpiPen"


Jeven pulled off his shoes, noticing that there were only 3 or 4 other campers that signed up to go swimming this time. There had been loads of them when Nyomi and Zach went

"Nice to meet you," Zach said, looking at the EpiPen. "Like for allergies and stuff?"

Justice was totally fine with the lack of campers on the beach, less people to annoy her. She redid her ponytail, which had started falling out, and took off her t-shirt and shorts to reveal her bathing suit underneath.

"Yep, this could save my life one day" She shook her head when she said it, doubting she'd even need it


The director was also no where in site at this point so campers were just breaking all the rules for the heck of it

"That's good then," Zach grinned.

Justice shrugged and walked to the edge of the dock, gracefully diving into the water.

"I suppose, I doubt I'll ever need it" She shrugged, standing up


For some reason the little kids thought throwing rocks was a great idea and accidently hit Justice

"Better to be safe then sorry." Zach shrugged, then gestured over his shoulder. "We should probably head to the library now though."

Justice was knocked over at first, and she disappeared under the water for a moment. When she emerged, she was coughing and her eyes flashed dangerously.

"True.." She started walking back up the trail, wondering if she was the only person that actually had a map

Jeven had been about to go make sure she was okay, but decided that it would just irritated her and continued swimming laps

Zach followed her. "You seem to be the only one who knows where they're going," he stated.

Justice rubbed her head where the rock had hit her, pretty sure that there was going to be a bump there. She glared at the kids that had thrown it until they swam away. If any of them were with her in archery, they'd better watch out.

"There were maps in the mess hall, I got them after supper last night." She said, pulling it out to show him

Jeven stopped swimming, noticing her glare "They didn't do it on purpose, calm down."

"Huh, I didn't know that. I should've grabbed one..." Zach said, looking at the map. "So where are we headed?"

"So? They're the idiots that thought throwing rocks was a smart idea," Justice growled. "How about I 'accidentally' hit you with a rock and we see how calm you are."

"I think we're going.... here." She pointed at a building close to the snack shop

"You're still over-reacting. They're kids, they really don't know any better." He shook his head "Then I'd have the right to be mad, you're old enough to know not to throw rocks around"

"Sounds good," Zach said, nodding. "And we're right here?" He pointed to a spot close to the beach.

"They could at least apologize," Justice growled, rubbing her head and ignoring the second part of his comment.

"We're a bit further than that, but yeah." She nodded, wondering how late they were

"They should have, but it wouldn't be a problem if the counselors were doing their jobs" He stayed where he was, continuing to talk "Are you okay? Before you point out how stupid the question is I'm just asking so I can get an ice pack for you if you want" Jeven was just that helpful

"Eh, close enough. We should probably hurry up though."

"Fine, then I can yell at the counselors instead. Happy now?" She paused, her anger seeming to fade for a second. "It kind of really hurts... An ice pack would be nice..."

"I'm pretty sure we're late." She said, walking a bit faster

"But you wouldn't have to if they had been here, the kids might have been following the rules" He got out of the water "I'll get you one then"

"Probably." He hurried to keep up with her. "Hopefully not too late..."

"Yeah, well, when I see them, they'll be getting a mouthful from me..." she muttered, getting out of the water as well and sitting down on a rock. "Thanks..."

After a while they made it to the library, all the computers already being used

"They'll probably-at least they should-be back soon." He got his shoes on and started up the trail "No problem, I'll be right back"

Zach frowned as he found all of the computers being used. "Darn..." he muttered.

"They better, before those kids 'accidentally' kill someone next." She scowled at the water and wrapped a towel around herself. "Alright. Uh, thanks again..." She wasn't used to thanking people for stuff, since it wasn't often people offered to do stuff for her, so it felt strange to do so now.
