Ellion dragged her back to Troian's house, managing not to be seen. They set Juniper's sleeping body on a bed in a small room. Ellion locked the door behind him and locked all the windows and exits, ensuring she would be there for a while.

"Done." he muttered. "Finished writing the ransom note?"

"Yup." Troian nodded. "All we have to do is deliver it to King Bellar."

Juniper stirred and slowly opened her eyes. "Where am I...?" she mumbled.

Ellion noticed Juniper getting up and he slid the small door up. He pushed a plate of hot food through the opening and closed the little door, locking it. There was a note attached to the plate. It read,
Dear Juniper,
Just so you know, you are being held hostage. I figured I might as well tell you now, it saves confusion later. My name is Troian, and my companion, Ellion, and I will be holding you captive for a while. Anything you need? Just ask. One of us will be by the door ready at your command. Imagine you're in the Palace. Make yourself at home.

Juniper sat up, looking around and rubbing her head. She got up and walked over to the food, and picked up the plate. After reading the note, she knocked on the door, deciding to test asking for something out. "...hello?"

Ellion stood in front of the door and cocked his head, looking at her. "What?" he asked gruffly, trying to be tough like Troian said.

((So ever polite.))

Juniper stepped back for a second, the leaned forward. "Um...never mind. I just wanted to make sure you were really there..."

((Yes, yes. I know. Hmm. Quite.))

"You're very calm for a girl who has been captured." Ellion said. "Perhaps it's the drugs..."

"Yes, well...I just...the name Troian rings a bell, and...I feel like I shouldn't worry too much...," Juniper said. "Mayhap, yes. But you aren't Troian, are you? You're the other one"--she looked back down at the letter to check--"Ellion, yes? Or am I wrong?"

"Ellion, yeah." Ellion replied. "Troian's kinda famous 'round here...well, famous to us, I don't know about you, you know, royals and stuff."

"Oh, alright," Juniper said simply and folded her hands.
