Come, to the Tent

In the cool, breezy fields outside of the small, cherry tree-dotted town of Zere, a few miles from where the wheat grew and the reapers roamed, sat a tent. This tent was inhabited by a young woman by the name of Zaythia, more commonly known as Zay, a nomadic adventurer and alchemist. She sat on her stool just outside, sharpening her thin blade--her favorite out of the swords she owned. It was quick and lightweight, and had a beautiful engraving of a falcon on its handle.

Eden had rushed out of the village, shaggy red hair a mess as he laughed and ran through the field. The thief had stolen.. one or two-read as; he had stuffed his pockets with as many rings as they could hold-and had stumbled upon the tent just as a ring fell from his deep pockets. Not noticing the woman, he paused to bend and shove it back into his pocket, wondering if there weas anything interesting in the tent he could grab

Zay glances up from her sword and stares at the man, furrowing her eyebrows at him. Being quite the quiet one, she said nothing yet. And, it seemed he didn't notice her yet, so if he went inside and took anything--as he seemed like the rogue type--she could attack.

He had been about to make his way into the tend when he finally noticed her. He didn't say anything at first, wary of the blade. Even he wouldn't flirt with someone that seemed more likelu to stab him and since the first thing he noticed about her had been the blade he assumed she'd probably stab him than fall for anything he'd say

Zay stand and raise your blade. Despite being in her casual dress, which wasn't the most protective, she stood tall and proud to be as intimidating as she was in her usual armor. "What do you think you are doing, may I ask, good sir?" she asks in her silky voice.

"Simply strolling through, no need to worry your pretty little head" He grinned, holding his hands up as if to portray innocence which was a wasted attempt. I mean, who'd believe him with his pockets practically overflowing with stolen property and a ring that was clearly too big on his thumb?

She squints. "Hmm. I can see that," Zay states with a bit of sarcasm, nodding to his pockets. She walks around him with her blade out, making a circle, before poking him in the back in one sharp motion. Not enough to leave a scar, but hard enough to hurt and prod him away from the opening of her tent. "May I ask your name?"

He actually laughed, stepping away from the entrace since that's clearly what she wanted and turning to face her with a grin on his face. "I thought I told you not to worry, cutie?" He was keeping the flirting to a minimum becase usually he'd do so much better "But if you most know, you may call me Eden Lozano" He winked "Prince of the streets"

"Hm. Zaythia, Zay, whichever you like" she returned with her title, nodding her head once in proper greeting. Zay had no use for a surname. She lowered her blade, sheathed it, and crossed her arms. "A member of B's gang, are you?"

"Zay? Pretty name for a pretty girl" He relaxed when she put away the sword, sticking his hands in his pocket and slipping the ring off his thumb "And if I am?" That was probably a good sign that yes, yes he was

"Quite the flatterer, aren't you?" She asks, cocking an eyebrow. "Oh, simply wondering. I know the man, and meet many of his guild."

"I'm only telling the truth, lovely" The only off button was hitting him, to be honest. "Well, truth be told I am." He shrugged, if shse attacked it should be easy enough to get away

"Mhm." Sure. Right. "Ah, of course. Come on, let me escort you to take the rings back." With a surprising iron grip, she grabs his arm and drags him back towards the city.

"I've better ideas where you could escort me" He said with a wink and moving quickly he was basically holding her in his arms, though her death grip was still squeezing on his wrists "Now just let go and I can show you"

"Ha. Haha! No." Zay casts him a nasty glance and continues forward at a quicker pace.

"Come on, I know you want to." He twisted her around again, grinning. Hopefully she'd either agree or get tired of his annoying ways and let him go so he'd jsut shut up

"No, sir. You are returning those rings or so help me Almighty I will slit your throat, yank out your intestines with my bear hands, and wear them as a necklace." You stop for a moment and raise your eyebrows at him to let that sink in. You were very capable of such a thing.

((Casually switches to second person because I'm so used to it now.))

"What if I happened to have bound your hands while I was twisting you were around?" He hadn't done it, but he had been making it seem like he had just because the idea of causing such confusion amused him

"What if I happened to be strong enough to knock you out?" You shrug your shoulders and give a small smile.

"What if I surprise you before you get the chance and it's just enough to be able to sneak away?" He suggested, tilting his head slightly and letting bits of his shaggy hair fall in front of his left eye

"What if you shut the hell up and we keep moving?" You give a half smile and grab him by his hair, charging into the town.

He swore this time, kicking at her legs and trying to trip her "Not the hair, Zay!"

You skipped, making it harder for him to hit. "Whoops, sorry!" After a bit of walking you two make it to the shop which he stole from, shoving him against the counter and pushing him down with your hand, you address the shopkeeper kindly. You two talk for a bit, and then push him farther into the counter to cause pain. "Empty the pockets."

He grimaced, but other than that tried not to react too much from the pain."Tell you what.. Zay. I'll give them back.." He nodded, starting to grin "Only if you give me a kiss" With that he laughed

You sigh. Anything for the good of the people. Yanking him up but the hair you give him a smooch, and then slam him back down. "Pockets. Empty."
